This is a fantastically engaging seminar, that in three talks weaves together in substantive and sometimes humorous ways the life of the Buddha, the heart of the Buddhist view, and the logic of meditation, and also how the the story of the Buddha’s life relates in very real ways to our contemporary engagement with spirituality. It also peels back the layers from the mystique surrounding what enlightenment really is, presenting how the Buddha’s path to attaining it is also open to us, and within our grasp.
